Do I need a subscription?
No. Core features are free forever — logging workouts, charts, HealthKit sync, teams up to 5 members, the achievement feed. Premium unlocks larger teams, smart exercise suggestions, exercise notes, and premium reactions. That’s it.
Where is my data stored?
Locally on your iPhone, in SwiftData. If you sign in with Apple, an optional encrypted cloud backup is created on our servers so your history survives a device swap. You can delete it at any time from Settings.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Logging works entirely offline. Your team feed and achievements sync when you come back online.
Is there an Android version?
iOS only for now. Apple Watch and iPad support are not shipped yet either — we want to do them well before announcing.
Can I import from Strong or Hevy?
Not yet. For now, manual entry only. CSV import is on the radar but not dated.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → tap your name → Sign out → Delete account. This is irreversible: your server data, team memberships, and feed history are permanently removed.
