Data we collect

• Account data — your Apple-provided identifier, display name, and email (if you share it via Sign in with Apple).
• Workout data — exercises, sets, reps, weights, timestamps you log inside the app.
• Health metrics — steps, distance, calories, body weight — read from HealthKit only with your explicit permission.
• Device tokens — APNs / FCM token, used to deliver push notifications you opt into.

How we use it

To provide the app: sync your workouts across devices, show your team feed, deliver push notifications you asked for. We do not run ads and do not sell your data to anyone.

Third parties

• Apple — Sign in with Apple, HealthKit, StoreKit for purchases.
• Google Firebase — Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging (push).

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible and removes all server-side records.
